About the service and who does what

What Atlayo Holiday is
An online platform that helps you find and book accommodation, flights and tickets in one place. We arrange separate services. We do not organise package holidays.
Who does what
- Service provider (hotel, airline, operator): delivers the service and is responsible for it. Named on every offer.
- Atlayo Overseas s.r.o.: arranges the booking, publishes offers and handles your questions and requests.
- Atlayo Voice: a separate service (eSIM and numbers). Bought separately on its own site.
Why this is not a package
Every item (for example a hotel and a flight) is a separate booking with its own contract, price and conditions. We do not sell them for one combined price. So the package-travel rules under Directive (EU) 2015/2302, including the special insolvency protection, do not apply to them. If one of the services you booked is not provided, you claim against its provider and we help you with it. Passenger rights (for flights, for example, Regulation (EC) No 261/2004) are preserved.
Early access
- Offers marked "Sample" are illustrative. The "Demo" carriers do not exist.
- Submitting the form is a booking request, not a binding order. Nothing is charged.
- Price alerts and tips start with real offers.
- The AI planner works with estimates from a price model, not live prices.
