Terms of service

1. Who runs the service
The Atlayo Holiday platform is operated by Atlayo Overseas s.r.o., company ID 29645433, VAT ID CZ29645433, registered office at Příkop 843/4, 602 00 Brno, Česká republika, entered in the commercial register: Krajský soud v Brně, spisová značka C 152275. VAT payer. Contact: hola@atlayo.com.
2. Our role
Atlayo Holiday arranges separate services provided by third parties: accommodation, flights and tickets. The service is actually provided by the provider named on each offer (accommodation host, air carrier or transport operator). The contract for the service is with that provider, not with us.
We are not a package organiser and we do not offer package travel within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302. Even if you collect a stay and transport in one "trip", they are separate bookings and separate contracts. Package-travel insolvency protection therefore does not apply to them. 3. Early access
While the page header says "Early access", offers are samples, nothing is charged and submitting the form is only a booking request. A request binds neither you nor us. The contract with the provider arises only when we confirm by email that the request can be fulfilled and you accept the stated price and terms. We may decline a request, for example for unavailability or a pricing error.
4. Prices
The price shown is final and includes taxes and our fees. Charges paid directly on site (for example a local tourist tax) are listed separately on the offer. We charge in euros. Conversion into another currency is only indicative. An offer is time-limited: when it expires you need to search again.
5. Payment
Nothing is paid in early access. When payments are switched on, we will state before you submit to whom and when you pay, in which currency and how a payment can be refunded.
6. Changes, cancellation and withdrawal
Change and cancellation terms are set by the provider and shown on every offer before you submit. For accommodation and transport for a specific date the law gives no 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code). A request that has not been confirmed can be cancelled by email at no cost. Digital content, such as an eSIM bought on Atlayo Voice, follows the terms of Atlayo Voice.
7. Traveller’s duties
- Give true and complete information. Names must match the travel document exactly.
- Make sure you have valid documents, visas and meet other entry requirements. They depend on your citizenship.
- Follow the provider’s conditions (check-in, arrival, baggage).
8. Liability
We are responsible for arranging correctly and for the accuracy of the information we publish. The provider is responsible for delivering the service, its quality, and for delays or cancellations, under EU law and applicable rules. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury or for intentional acts, or limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Estimates and AI
Price estimates from the AI planner and on destination pages are indicative and are not an offer. Only the price shown on an offer before you submit is binding.
10. Complaints and disputes

11. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy.
12. Governing law
Our contractual relationship is governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer residing in another EU member state, the protection given by the mandatory provisions of your country’s law is preserved, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country.
13. Language and changes
The terms are in Czech and English. In case of a difference, the version in the language in which you made the request applies. We may change the terms. A request already made is governed by the terms in force on the day it was made.
