Frequently asked questions
Is Atlayo Holiday a travel agency?
No. We are an online platform that arranges separate services: stays, flights and tickets. With every offer you see who actually provides the service. We do not put together package holidays. Each item is a separate contract with its provider. More in "About the service".
Will I pay anything extra?
The price shown is final and includes taxes and our fees. The exception is local charges (such as a tourist tax), which are paid on site. We always list them separately on the offer.
What does "early access" mean?
Offers are samples for now and nothing is charged. Submitting the form sends a booking request. We email you whether and on what terms we can confirm it.
How does the AI planner work?
It reads how you imagine the trip and picks specific places from our catalogue and price model. It does not make up prices or names, and estimates are clearly marked. It never buys or submits anything for you.
Do I need an eSIM abroad?
In the EU and EEA your SIM normally works at home prices. Outside the EU a data eSIM often pays off. For each destination we tell you which applies.
What are my rights if a trip is delayed or cancelled?
In the EU you have strong rights when travelling by air, rail and coach. You will find a summary on the Passenger rights page. The carrier is responsible and we help you file a claim.
